Starcraft 2 Videos here are some vids from Youtube

This a trailor I found on youtube and below are some clips I found of actual gameplay from Starcraft 2! This game would look pretty impressive on next gen consoles. Especially on a large Flat panal. Enjoy!!

It is cool to see all of the new upgrades that this new blizzard team has made. I like how the ships fall into pieces when they are blown up. Also I don't know if this is a new feature or if it was just for testing purposes but it seems that you can change the angle from which you view the playing field which gives much more 3-d functionality? I will be curious to find out what this function is meant for if not just more visual control.

Here Are Clops from the WW Invitational Showing off Starcraft 2 and going through its features. Just awsome!

The zerg in this game look pretty impressive even though in this clip they get whomped on!

Ok I am done with starcraft clips for today! Please leave anycomments you have on Starcraft 2 below in the comment section!

Whoa check out this Video!

http://wewin.com/t-rex-in-the-city.aspx it is of a three wheel bike called a t-rex. Pretty sweet!

NEW PSP GOCAM!

Today is the day that the gocam was supposed to launch in Europe! The gocam looks like a fantastic new addition for the portable console. assuming you have a 4 gig memory card you can take over 2 hours of photos, or 40,000 pics. some additional features include a swivling head which allows up to 180 degrees of motion, installation software, photo/video editing software. The software is rumored to allow people to add sound or grafics to video or pics.

I dont really have any information on when the camera should arrive in the U.S. however if and when it does you can expect the camera to be priced at around 70 us dollars.

Grand Theift Auto

By David M E Taylor

Grand Theft Auto has always been a franchise that likes to bathe itself in controversy, shower itself off in heated debate and deodorize in wild accusations. Whether it is the intentionally amoral gameplay or the amazingly unsexy "hot coffee" debacle, GTA has proved time and time again that there's no such thing as bad publicity.

Gamers on both the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 are eagerly awaiting the latest instalment in the GTA series later this year, and when the real sequel to GTA III, the amazingly-named GTA IV launches (there have been several spin-offs since GTA III, such as Liberty City Stories, etc). The web was alive with downloaders recently when RockStar finally allowed gamers their first peak at the game in the shape of a teaser trailer.

Within hours though, while gamers dissected the footage, politicians leapt in to criticize. What were they criticizing? The fictional setting, Liberty City, which resembles New York. A lot. City politicians were aghast at the idea of a piece of fiction portraying violence on the streets on New York, apparently being ignorant of pretty much the entire work of Martin Scorsese.
"Setting Grand Theft Auto in the safest big city in America would be like setting Halo in Disneyland," said City Councilman Peter Vallone, chairman of the Council's Public Safety Committee to The New York Daily News. He's not the only one to have a go, either. Spotting an opportunity to look good, a spokesman for the mayor had a go too: "The mayor does not support any video game where you earn points for injuring or killing police officers."

Oddly though, New York City hasn't seemed to have had a problem with movie companies setting their violent and action thrillers in the city, with roads closed for the Die Hard 3 film, for example. Had RockStar turned up with millions of dollars in order to shoot the city for textures for the games, would there have been praise galore for the realism the game offered?
All of this criticism, of course, ignore the whole "it's fiction" nature of the game which leads to the question of whether future novelists, film makers, animators, artists and games companies will be asked not to show the city with any violence in it. Because fiction has to reflect reality apparently, somewhat destroying the point of fiction.

As to the trailer itself, there's not a hint of violence. It's undeniable that the game features a fictionalised version of NYC. As the GTA IV preview in P3Zine, the free PlayStation 3 magazine shows, but already game commentators are theorizing that GTA IV will feature more realism and less violence without repercussions, as RockStar has supposedly been talking to ex-cops about how much harder organised crime is to get away with these days.

RockStar has repeatedly pushed GTA IV with the tagline "Things will be different" a phrase echoed by the main character in the trailer, but it appears that criticism of the franchise is not going to any different this time around, starting before the game has even appeared. It's unlikely to damage sales. Even in NYC.

360 getting a blue ray drive?

Could the 360 be getting a blue ray drive? well it seems that there are reports out saying that the 360 may see a external blue ray drive. However, as for now the 360 is sitting back and watching ps3 and seeing if any further developments in demand for blue ray/ consols develop. Hd right now is the perferred format for the xbox 360. I guess it was said that the console would never build the blue ray drive into the console because it would limit consumer options after a purchase of a 360. The use of external devices gives more flexibility to their product.

WoW Guide - Becoming Addicted to an Online Game

I thought this was an intresting article for all of you wow players out there! have a read and let me know what you think. I have recieved some requests for more guides and stuff so if you are one of those people who wanted more guides Click Here!

Yes, even gamers have the same needs as every other person: a social life, fun stuff and regular day to day stuff like attending school or working at a day to day job. Normally someone plays a game just to get a break of the daily routine, just to relax. One might watch some TV in the evening, watch their favourite series on their computer, yet others take the risk of giving WoW a try. That’s where it all starts... You start playing because you’re just plain bored, but a few days later you’ll find yourself being totally sucked into the game, not allowing yourself to do anything other in your spare time.

New players often underestimate the exact type of game which WoW is, and even more important: the time it actually takes to accomplish something in the digital world. They go online to finish just a quest or two, but end up playing way longer than intended. Blizzard obviously did a great job when it comes to creating both a balanced and addictive game play. You’re kept busy with constant chains of quests, storyline after storyline, and before you able to realize it, you’re several hours further.

Most games prevent you from actually getting addicted to them, due to the fact that there’s a certain end of the game. WoW allows you to keep on evolving further and further though, even past the so called end of the game. Building up and maintaining your professions will certainly cost you a lot of time, and other players and guilds will also keep you busy with ‘raids’. A raid usually costs several hours to complete normally, but the urge to keep pushing and improving your character and gear is enormous.

You’ll soon be confronted with problems when you stop improving your gear endgame, as other players won’t stand still, making you weaker in player versus player (PVP) battles, as WoW is based a lot on the actual gear and not on gathered skill points. Even if you dislike raiding a lot, Blizzard still has a special function available though, which will make you good against other much better equipped players. They’ll reward you with points and marks, where you will be able to buy your own new great from certain NPCs (computer units). All to make sure you won’t get bored and keep on playing.

Addicts often state quitting WoW isn’t as hard as it seems, and that they can quite whenever they want. That’s exactly where the problem is located though. The problem of addictions in general is that they simply don’t -want- to quite or stop. Gaming addictions are a pretty new phenomenon and aren’t often easily recognized, which makes it even harder to break the actual addiction.

Are you a WoW Addict? Check out my WoW Guide site for the best WoW tips, guides, videos and reviews! Stop wasting your valuable time and learn how to level, gold farm and grind at an insanely fast speed.

A unique character class; the Hunter’s primary source of attack are the weapons they use. Bows, guns and crossbows file the Hunter’s weapon cabinet and devastate their enemy on the battle field. The Hunter also holds the ability to tame and train beasts and pets for combat assistance. With the ability of Aspects, which allows this character class to passively progress their skills as they go and take on beast and animal traits, the Hunter is the deceptive type. World Of Warcraft Dungeon Guide

By Gen Mason

The World of Warcraft gaming experienced can be further enhanced by taking note of the World of Warcraft dungeon guide, which gives you information about Instance dungeons, world dungeons and raid dungeons.

The World of Warcraft dungeon guide, focusing on instance dungeons is to promote the idea of getting together with a group of friends to have an epic adventure. Instance dungeons are dungeons that are able to create a unique spawn for each group of adventurers that enter it. This means that no other group of players can enter that dungeon or play in that group, as outlined in the World of Warcraft dungeon guide. No other players can bother, or steal kills or any treasures from that group. They are basically playing their own mini game and will still have all the benefits of a single player role playing experience, but it will be a lot more fun. The instance dungeons are really difficult though, but they have brilliant treasures to entice the group of players to explore them in detail. The instances also have more powerful foes called Elite Monsters to keep the instances challenging. They are densely packed with these and other monsters and home to some of World of Warcraft’s most unique adversaries.

The world dungeons that are explained in World of Warcraft dungeon guide and that are ready for exploring are: Deadmines which was the greatest gold production center in the human lands. They were later abandoned when the Horde took over Stormwind city during the First War. Now the Defias Brotherhood has taken up residence and turned the dark tunnels into their private sanctum. It is rumored that the thieves have conscripted the clever goblins to help them build something terrible, which is still unknown, at the bottom of the mines. It is rumored that the way into the Deadmines lies through the quiet, modest village of Moonbrook. Another dungeon mentioned in the World of Warcraft dungeon guide situated along the Zoram Strand of Ashenvale. It is called Blackfathom Depths and was once a splendid temple dedicated to the night elves' moon-goddess, Elune. However, the great Sundering shattered the temple which sank beneath the waves of the Veiled Sea. There it remained untouched, until, drawn by its ancient power the naga and satyr emerged to understand it’s secrets. Legend has it that the ancient beast, Aku'mai, has taken up residence within the temple's ruins.

The next in the World of Warcraft dungeon guide will explain The Monastery. It was once a proud fortress of Lordaeron's priesthood - a center for learning and enlightenment. With the rise of the undead Scourge during the Third War, the peaceful Monastery was converted into a stronghold of the fanatical Scarlet Crusade. The Crusaders are intolerant of all non-human races, regardless of alliance or affiliation. They believe that any and all outsiders are potential carriers of the undead plague and must therefore be destroyed. Reports indicate that adventurers who enter the monastery are forced to contend with Scarlet Commander Mograine, commander of a large garrison of fanatically devoted warriors. However, the monastery's true master is High Inquisitor Whitemane. She is a fearsome priestess who possesses the ability to resurrect fallen warriors to do battle.

Moving on to a different kind of dungeon shown in the World of Warcraft dungeon guide; the raid dungeons are one of the most compelling features of massively-multiplayer games. There is the near infinity of things to do in them which will suit many different playing styles. Raids are assaults by larger groups of players on powerful monsters or dungeons and in World of Warcraft can include everything from a group of lower level characters tackling a quest well above their level, to the epic high-level attacks against god-like foes.

The World of Warcraft has fascinated millions around the globe. The World of Warcraft lockpicking guide gives munch needed assistance to any new Rogues hoping to up their skills in the game. Lock picking is a ability that only Rogues get to participate in, yet this ability means nothing if they do not have the dedication and time to master the skill.

It is a fact that Blacksmiths can pick locks, but they can only do so by creating a key. Usually the keys used in lock picking involve using limited resources such as Truesilver. It is also a fact that a blacksmith’s keys can’t open very high lockboxes. Mithral, Thorium and lockboxes are the exclusive domain of the Rogue.

Red = can't pick the lock at your skill level
Orange = guaranteed skill up
Yellow = good chance for skillup Green = low chance for skillup
Grey = no chance for skillup

A Nintendo Wii Bundle Is A One Stop Shop

By Michelle Bery

By now you have certainly heard of the revolutionary new video game platform, the Nintendo Wii. Unlike anything that has come before it, the Wii makes the players part of the game with its revolutionary new control system. The Wii controller is a wireless remote control that senses movements in three dimensions. That remote sensing technology allows you to eschew the conventional buttons and joysticks that have been the standard for video games for decades. Instead, of pushing buttons or moving a stick, you move your arms; gesturing, swinging, poking, and sometimes flailing your way through the game! If you want to experience this amazing new game platform for yourself it can be difficult to know exactly what to purchase in order to have everything you need to enjoy the Wii experience. That is why the Nintendo Wii bundle is such an enticing option.

Purchased by itself, the Wii comes with a remote control – officially called a Wiimote – and a Nunchuk controller; an analog joystick that attaches to the Wiimote using a long cable. The Nunchuk also has the internal accelerometer that the Wiimote possesses, so it too is capable of motion sensing as well. The Nunchuk is to be used in conjunction with the Wiimote and it serves to enhance the game play experience. Further, the Wii includes all the power cords, audio-video cords, and the sensor bar and stands that you need to get started. Most important, the Wii includes Wii Sports, a game that lets you test your skills on the golf course, baseball diamond, bowling alley, boxing ring, and tennis court; it is the perfect platform to demonstrate the things the Wii can do. However, for those who want to see all the Wii is capable of doing, then you need more than the basic offerings, and a Nintendo Wii Bundle can deliver precisely that.
A Nintendo Wii Bundle is a package deal that is available at various retailers such as Gamestop, EB Games, and Wal-Mart. A typical Nintendo Wii Bundle includes all the basics that accompany a basic Wii purchase, but with many valuable extras. For example, the Nintendo Wii bundle available at Gamestop includes additional memory, an additional remote control, a twelve month product replacement plan, and 6 additional games; Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess, Trauma Center: Second Opinion, Red Steel, Marvel Ultimate Alliance, Super Monkey Ball Banana Blitz, and Madden NFL 2007. The Nintendo Wii Bundle from Wal-Mart, and other retailers, follows a similar vein, but the included games can vary. For example, Wal-Mart offered four additional games in their Nintendo Wii bundle, and at a lower price that reflects the fewer included game titles.

A Nintendo Wii bundle is the perfect way to begin experiencing the fun and excitement the Wii has to offer. If you are purchasing a Wii as a gift for someone else and you are not a game savvy person, a Nintendo Wii bundle is a very attractive option because you can be certain that the recipient will not only have all the hardware they need to play, they will have a great selection of games as well. Depending on where you shop you might find that the Nintendo Wii bundle has been a hot seller and is currently not being offered. However, careful and thorough shopping will let you find a Nintendo Wii bundle deal that is available and with a selection of games that fits your needs and budget.

For easy to understand, in depth information about Nintendo Wii bundle visit our ezGuide 2 Nintendo.

Does The Playstation 3 Have Overheating Problems?

By Darren Lintern

For Sony things weren't looking so great going back to the Tokyo Games Show in September 2006. Sony was unveiling their eagerly anticipated new PlayStation 3 games system, and the demo units were spluttering and dying left and right. This was essentially bad news considering the recent recall of Sony's lithium ion batteries.
The problem was simply that the Playstation 3 console was overheating. A representative from an equities company was the first to report it and soon after, everybody in gaming industry was talking about the new PS3' overheating problem.
Actually, there were several reasons why the consoles were taking to overheating, that did not really have anything to do with the design of the machines themselves. To start with, the Tokyo Game Show was extremely hot. Anyone that's visited Japan in September will know that it's a brutal time of the year, and the venue was lacking air-conditioning. There were 200 PlayStation 3 all in action close to one another, which is probably poor planning on the part of the organizers. To make things worse, all the consoles were sealed in cases to prevent anybody from peeking into the machine. This means that unfortunately there was no way that the exhaust fans, which were reportedly operating just fine, could get rid of all that heat.
It seems obvious that with 200 consoles in sealed cases in sweltering conditions that they would overheat. Still, it looked very bad. Representatives from Sony were all over the place during October stating that there weren't any overheating issues and many gamers were sceptical.
To make things worse for Sony was the recent recall of the lithium ion batteries, which are mostly used within there Vaio Laptops. The batteries were overheating and bursting into flames! This resulted in a massive recall of nearly seven million batteries being returned, and this was a massive financial blow to Sony. Critics commented that Sony was actually aware of this problem but didn't act quickly enough, and if they had, the recall may have been avoided. Taking all this into account, it did effect Sony's reputation pretty badly, combined with the overheating demos at the Tokyo Game Show looked much worse. With batteries exploding and the new PlayStation console choking away, many investors decided to pull out. At that time, Sony's share price dropped 2.75%
Now, since the release of the PlayStation 3 console late last year, how many machines have been over heating? The good news seems to be that nobody has reported their machines over heating. It may have been just a fluke. In view of the variety of reasons why the consoles were getting over heated at the Tokyo Game Show, none of which seems to be down to the machines themselves, and all lack of consumer confidence and bad press blew it way out of proportion.
It has been experienced by many gamers that after prolonged gaming, sometimes 48 hours straight (more or less), playing various games on the PlayStation 3, there was no trouble to report. The fans continued to run quietly, there was warm air coming out of the back, it got hot as all consoles do, but not too hot, and no overheating trouble was noticed. The only problems were bleary eyes, backs and thumbs, and delirium due to a complete lack of sleep and video game overdose.
Finally, if you don't believe the lack of PlayStation 3 overheating problems, check out the gaming forums, you won't hear anything about PS3 on these issues.

In a $10 billion dollar a year industry like video games, Gear of War one of the brightest additions to Microsoft had turned to full success. With its recent released nearly at the end of 2006 Gears of War break records in sales for the very acclaimed xbox console.
It is not difficult to predict a total success when Epic Games, developer and Microsoft practically bringing a positive outrage of since its release in November 12- it will surely was to become another hit for Microsoft. Better yet, when if you got to see the TV commercial, especially with the song- Mad World, you get to confirm that it was surely going to be a top seller for 06 Christmas.

Whether it was in the wholesale xbox 360 games arena or in the retail market, Microsoft got to successfully sell over 1 million copies of this extremely hot game and over 2 million copies of Gears of War since its release in November 12. Having a shooting game outsell and compete with hot sellers like Fight Night 3, Halo and Madden for past holidays was not going to be easy, but it turned out to be an exquisite success.
A hot prediction is that shooting games will keep being the number 1 seller for the gaming industry, no matter if its mainly for console outsells or games itself. Games like Halo have been a total mega player since the beginning of the new console launch of Microsoft. Hack many online sellers play the game more than what they sell it for profits.
